Privacy Policy

Logram LLC ("Logram", "we") builds and looks after websites, search listings and IT for small businesses. This policy covers logram.io, the Logram client portal, and the websites we host for our clients.
What we collect
- From you directly. Your name, email address, phone number and business details when you book a call, contact us, or sign in to the portal, and the files and messages you send us there.
- From accounts you connect. When you connect a service to the portal we read what that service holds about your business so we can show it to you and manage it for you:
- Google Business Profile: your listing, reviews, photos, posts, and counts of views, calls, direction requests and website clicks.
- Google Search Console: the searches, pages, countries and devices behind your traffic.
- Google Analytics: counts of visits to your website and where they came from.
- Facebook and Instagram: your Page's name, picture, follower counts, posts, and comments and ratings left on the Page, and the profile and media of the Instagram account linked to it.
- From visitors to websites we host. What a visitor types into a contact form, and visit statistics collected with Google Analytics.
- Payment details. Stripe collects and holds your card details. We see only the card brand, its last four digits, and your invoices.
How we use it
- To provide the services you hired us for and show you the results in the portal.
- To reply to reviews and publish posts on your listing or Page when you ask us to.
- To send sign-in codes, receipts and messages about your account.
- To bill you.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use data from your Google or Facebook accounts for advertising or to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the service, and only as far as they need it:
- Google (Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, Workspace)
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- Stripe (payments)
- Cloudflare (hosting, domains and file storage)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Anthropic (AI assistance when building and editing your website)
We also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
The portal uses a cookie to keep you signed in. logram.io and the websites we host use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a client and for as long afterwards as we need it for tax and accounting records. Data read from a connected account is removed from the portal when you disconnect that account.
Deleting your data
You can disconnect Google or Facebook at any time from the portal, or remove Logram's access inside Google or Facebook themselves. To have your account and everything we hold about you deleted, email hi@logram.io from the address on your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done, except for records the law requires us to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct it, at the same address.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and change the date above. If the change is significant we will email our clients.
