What happens on the first call?
We learn more about what you need help with. In many cases, we can provide a plan of action and a price after the first call (e.g., for a website or IT support), but we may need to do a follow-up to gather more details.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Many existing sites are fine; the problem is often an out-of-date Google Business Profile or unanswered reviews. We can look at what you have on the first call and tell you which it is.
Why not build my own site with a website builder?
You can, but hiring us offers several advantages. A website builder provides templates and tools, but those aren't tailored to your brand's image. It also doesn't keep your site up to date or fix problems you may have accidentally caused. With our website plan, you also get peace of mind, SEO/GEO, design expertise, and ongoing support.
What does the website plan cost?
The plan is $195 a month on a 12-month minimum term. That includes the site, hosting, SEO, your Google Business Profile, monthly edits, and support.
Business email is $20 a month per user, and your domain is billed at what the registry charges, usually $10 to $20 a year.
There is no setup fee, and changes within your monthly allowance are not billed separately.
Is there a setup fee for websites?
The monthly price is the full price, so no. You get two months free if you pay for the year up front.
Why is there a 12-month term for websites?
Search rankings take weeks to improve, and most of the work on your Google Business Profile pays off over time. We want to make sure you have the opportunity to see that value.
Will I own my domain, business email, and Google Business Profile?
Yes, you will, and we'll register everything under your account. We manage them for you. If your relationship with us ends, you will retain ownership.
What happens to the website if I cancel?
After the 12-month term ends, you can cancel without additional payment. If you leave sooner, you pay out the rest of your term.
If you want to keep the website, you can buy it for $3,000, and we transfer the code and assets. You can then host it anywhere you want. In this case, you won't owe the remainder of your term.
Does the website plan include maintenance and support?
It includes free 24/7 emergency support. For example, if your site is down or your contact form is broken. Your plan also includes 2 hours of website updates per month. Any update requiring more time will be quoted for your approval.
What network equipment do you install?
We focus on UniFi equipment from Ubiquiti: gateways, switches, WiFi access points, network storage, and VoIP phones. With UniFi, we can configure, monitor, and troubleshoot your network remotely through UniFi Site Manager.
We install, set up, and maintain the hardware afterward. We also work on networks built on other equipment.
Why do you focus on UniFi?
UniFi offers enterprise-grade networking without expensive licensing. All UniFi equipment can be managed remotely, so it's easier to work with.
Who orders the networking equipment?
We prefer to order it ourselves and include it in your quote, but either is fine. If you buy it, we will tell you exactly which models to order.
Can you take over a network someone else set up?
Yes, whether they run on UniFi or other equipment, and we can upgrade a network to UniFi if you want. We start by reviewing what you have, then tell you what we would keep, what we would replace, and what it would cost.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday. Before 9 AM, after 4 PM, and on weekends, we bill at 1.5 times the hourly rate ($135 an hour).
Do you come on-site?
We work on-site across our service area, from Paris to Fort Smith and Van Buren and throughout Northwest Arkansas. We work remotely when a visit isn't needed or when a job falls outside our service area.
On-site visits have a one-hour minimum ($90). No separate travel charge. Quoted jobs include travel in the quote.
Do you work outside the River Valley and NWA?
Yes, we work with businesses across Arkansas remotely.
Can I use the IT helpdesk without a website plan?
Yes. The helpdesk is a separate service at $90 an hour, billed in 30-minute increments for the time we spend.
You submit a request through your client portal, and we work on it. We quote larger IT jobs before we start.
Do you do the work yourselves?
Yes, we do. We don't use offshore contractors or resell another company's services.
