Our payment terms are NET 15 or NET 30, depending on the project.

We offer two contract types: fixed-time, open-scope contracts and variable-time, closed-scope contracts.

With fixed-time, open-scope contracts we commit to a fixed set of hours we can work on your project for for a given time frame, without guaranteeing that a specific set of features will be complete within time frame. This sort of contract is better suited for projects requiring predictable costs or long projects with unclear requirements.

In contrast, our variable-time, closed-scope contracts guarantee a certain set of features will be complete without stipulating an exact time frame (we provide an informed estimate instead).
