Website questions
If I already have a website, do I need a new one?
Not necessarily. Oftentimes older websites have inconsistent information that derank you in SEO/GEO, no structured data, or other issues that might impact leads. We could give a more concrete answer during your first call.
Why not build my own site with a website builder?
You can, but hiring us offers several advantages. A website builder provides templates and tools, but those aren't tailored to your brand's image. It also doesn't keep your site up to date or fix problems you may have accidentally caused. With our website plan, you also get peace of mind, SEO/GEO, design expertise, and ongoing support.
How much does the website plan cost?
The plan is $195/mo on a 12-month term. This includes the website, hosting, SEO/GEO, your Google Business Profile, monthly edits, and support.
Business email is $20/mo per user.
We do not charge a setup fee.
Is there a setup fee for websites?
The monthly price is the full price, so no. You get two months free if you pay for the year up front.
Will I own my domain, business email, and Google Business Profile?
Yes, you will, and we'll register everything under your account. We manage them for you. If your relationship with us ends, you will retain ownership.
What happens to the website if I cancel?
After the 12-month term ends, you can cancel without additional payment. If you leave before the term ends, you pay out the remainder of your term.
If you want to keep the website, you can buy it for $3,000, and we transfer the code and assets. You can then host it anywhere you want. In this case, you won't owe the remainder of your term.
What if I stop working with you on my website?
Your domain, email, and Google listing are your property and you retain them.
After your 12-month term, you can cancel anytime. If you leave sooner, you pay out the rest of the term.
If you want to keep the website, you can buy it for $3,000 and we hand it over, with nothing left to pay on your term. You can then host it anywhere you want.
Does the website plan include maintenance and support?
It includes free 24/7 emergency support. For example, if your site is down or your contact form is broken. Your plan also includes 2 hours of website updates per month. Any update requiring more time will be quoted for your approval.
Do you come on-site for websites?
No, we do not. You must provide us any pictures you want shown.
