Your email address is shown on every quote, invoice, and reply you send to customers. We set up email using your own domain on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 so you look professional and never lose access if your team changes.

Email using your domain

Which business is a customer going to trust more, the quote that comes from "sales@ramseyenterprise.com" or "jimb234@gmail.com"? We set up your email address so it uses the same domain as your website.

The same email address can now go on your trucks, your business cards, and your yard signs. It also belongs to the business instead of a specific person, so once Jim leaves, you don't have to worry about losing the customers who reached out to his personal address.

We manage all of this for $20/mo per user.

Inbox delivery and spoofing protection

Email providers such as Gmail and Outlook check incoming mail for proof that it really came from the domain it claims. That proof is provided by your domain via SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. If they aren't configured properly, your quotes are more likely to end up in your customers' spam folders.

As part of our business email plan, we set up all of this for you.

Shared inboxes for your team

We set up shared inboxes like "sales@" and "billing@," so your entire team can see and answer emails from that address. If someone leaves, the rest of the team can still see everything.

We also set up inboxes for each employee, group addresses, and aliases as needed. A distribution group like "info@", for example, can deliver emails to one or more people without being a separate account.

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

We support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Both providers offer email, calendars, file storage, spreadsheet software, and video calls, so the choice largely comes down to what your team is already comfortable with.

Business email questions

  • Can I keep the email address I have now?

Yes, if it's a domain you own. We'll handle moving the address and everything into the new account(s). However, if it's a free address (e.g., Gmail or Outlook), we'll need to set up your new address and help you forward any emails sent to the old one. We can also import your old emails if desired.

  • Why are my emails going to spam?

There are many causes, but it's usually due to misconfigured SPF, DKIM, or DMARC settings on your domain. We'll check those settings and fix anything wrong.

  • Can my invoicing software send invoices from my business address?

It depends. Most invoicing and booking apps can send from your address once your domain permits them. As part of our business email plan, we'll help set that up for you.

  • Can I use Outlook with Google Workspace?

Yes, Google offers a tool that connects classic Outlook on Windows to your Workspace mail, calendar, and contacts called "Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook". The Mail app on iPhone and Mac can also connect to it directly.

  • Does every address need its own account?

No. Shared addresses like "office@" and aliases for one person work without separate accounts. Only people who sign in need one.
