For a lot of customers, your Google Business Profile is your first impression. If you neglect it, they will decide without even reading your site. We keep your profile updated and highlight any problems as they arise, so you're always seen in the best light.

Your profile is your online storefront

What do we mean by your profile is your online storefront? Imagine this: Someone needs to buy a Christmas gift the Friday night before Christmas in Fort Smith. They search Google, and three shops are displayed. The first listing says "closed" because the hours are incorrect; the second has photos from years ago; and the third is open until 8 PM, posted on Tuesday that gift wrapping is free, and has replied to recent reviews.

They choose the third store and don't even bother checking out the rest. A profile needs accurate hours, a phone number, up-to-date photos, and professionally managed reviews. We offer all of this and more in our $195/mo website plan.

Profile upkeep

We look after and update your profile's hours, services, photos, and reviews.

  • Hours and holidays

Your regular hours and special hours set ahead of every holiday.

  • Services and area

Each service described in the words your customers use.

  • Photos

Any new photos of your work and storefront.

Google review management

Most customers read reviews before deciding whether they should hire you or visit your store. If a business owner responds calmly and professionally to negative reviews and thanks customers who leave positive reviews, it says a lot about how they operate.

We thank each customer who leaves a positive review so they feel appreciated for taking the time to leave feedback. If a customer leaves a complaint, we escalate it to you so you know you should respond.

Profile changes monitoring

We review your profile weekly to make sure everything is accurate, and notify you if there's something we aren't sure about. Google will occasionally update profile details on its own from other sources or via the public's request. This can lead to inaccurate phone numbers or business hours.

Setup, verification, and ownership

Don't have a profile yet? We'll help you create one and guide you through Google's verification process. Depending on the sort of business you operate, this may require a short video of your signage, street address, equipment, and workspace.

If you already have one, you will need to add us as a manager.

In either case, you remain the primary owner the whole time, and the listing stays under your ownership even after you end your relationship with us.

Google Business Profile questions

  • Why did my hours or phone number change on Google?

Google accepts suggested edits from the public and updates profiles from other sources it finds, and sometimes those changes are wrong. We review your profile weekly and either fix it or notify you of the change.

  • Can you remove bad reviews?

As long as they don't break Google's rules (e.g., spam or fake reviews), there's nothing we can do to remove them. However, if you respond calmly and professionally to them, there's a good chance they won't necessarily reflect poorly on your business.

We'll notify you of any bad reviews as they crop up so you can address them. And we'll send a thank-you response to any customer who leaves a positive review.

  • I work out of my house. Will my address show on Google?

Not if you serve customers at their location. We set your profile up as a service-area business, which lists the towns you cover instead of a street address.

  • Someone else already claimed my business on Google. What can we do?

Google lets you request ownership from whoever holds the profile. If they don't respond in time, you can often claim it yourself. We send the request and keep track of the deadlines for you.

  • Should I put keywords in my business name on Google?

No. This is strictly against Google's guidelines and may get your profile suspended.
